1. The intellectual property rights of this website, its source code, design, photographs, texts, navigation structure, databases, brands, logos, commercial names, and the different elements contained therein, are owned by PALMA PICTURES, which is exclusively responsible for the exercise of exploitation rights in any form and, especially, the rights of reproduction, distribution, public communication, and transformation.
2. Any use of all the contents of the website is prohibited, specifically regarding the texts, design, works, brands, logos, source code, and any other content subject to protection, without the express authorization of their owners. Any unauthorized use will be duly prosecuted by the legitimate owners. Likewise, all commercial names, brands, or distinctive signs of any kind contained on the website are protected by law.
3. The owner of the website is not responsible for the contents of the links located therein, as established in Article 17 of the LSSICE.
4. Users may not use the contents of the website by taking them, reproducing and distributing them, or using them for commercial purposes, or manipulating them and creating derivative works, without first having obtained the consent or authorization of PALMA PICTURES.

Furthermore, any other form of exploitation, different from that mentioned in the previous paragraph, by any procedure, of all or part of the contents of this website will constitute an infringement of the intellectual and/or industrial property rights of the Company or the owner thereof, and may lead to PALMA PICTURES exercising all judicial or extrajudicial actions that may correspond to them in the exercise of their rights.

All in accordance with what is indicated in point 2.4 above. 5. However, PALMA PICTURES will undertake all actions available to resolve any error, disconnection, or lack of update that may occur on the website. PALMA PICTURES is also not responsible for security errors or damages that may occur as a consequence of:

7. Applicable legislation and competent jurisdiction.

This legal policy is subject to the provisions of Spanish laws. For any conflict arising from the interpretation thereof, the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts of the city of Palma de Mallorca (Spain), as long as this is not contrary to the provisions of Article 29 of the LSSI.

2. Propiedad intelectual, industrial y responsabilidad sobre los contenidos.

1. Los derechos de propiedad intelectual de la presente página web , su código fuente, diseño, fotografías, textos, estructura de navegación, bases de datos, marcas, logotipos, nombres comerciales y diferentes elementos que se contienen, son titularidad de PALMA PICTURES, a quien corresponde el ejercicio exclusivo de los derechos de explotación en cualquier forma y, en especial, los derechos de reproducción, distribución, comunicación pública y transformación.

2. Queda prohibido cualquier uso de todos los contenidos de la página web, concretamente sobre los textos, diseño, obras, marcas, logotipos, código fuente y cualquier otro susceptible de protección, sin la autorización expresa de sus titulares. Cualquier uso no permitido será debidamente perseguido por los legítimos propietarios. Igualmente, todos los nombres comerciales, marcas o signos distintivos de cualquier clase contenidos en la página web están protegidos por la ley.

3. El titular de la página web no se hace responsable de los contenidos a los que se dirigen los enlaces ubicados en ésta, según lo establecido en el artículo 17 de la LSSICE.

3. Derechos de autor y marca

PALMA PICTURES informa que los contenidos propios, la programación y el diseño de la página Web se encuentran plenamente protegidos por los derechos de autor, quedando expresamente

prohibida toda reproducción, comunicación, distribución y transformación de los referidos elementos protegidos salvo consentimiento expreso de PALMA PICTURES.

4. Condiciones de uso.

Respecto a la web, el usuario puede visualizar, imprimir y descargarse parcialmente el contenido de la web, únicamente si concurren las siguientes situaciones:

- Que sea compatible con la finalidad del sitio web.

Todo de acuerdo con lo indicado en el punto 2.4 anterior.

5. Modificaciones en la web y condiciones de uso

PALMA PICTURES se reserva el derecho de modificar y actualizar la información contenida en la web, así como su configuración, presentación y condiciones de acceso. Asimismo, PALMA PICTURES se reserva el derecho de actualizar el presente aviso legal sin previo aviso a los usuarios, cuando así la normativa o la actualidad lo requiera.

6. Limitación de responsabilidad

PALMA PICTURES no garantiza la inexistencia de errores o interrupciones en el acceso a la web o a su contenido ni que éste se encuentre actualizado. Si bien, PALMA PICTURES emprenderá todas las acciones que estén a su disposición para la solución de cualquier error, desconexión o falta de actualización que pueda producirse en la web.

Tanto el acceso a la web como el uso no consentido que pueda efectuarse de la información contenida, es de exclusiva responsabilidad de quien lo realiza. Así, PALMA PICTURES no se responsabiliza de cualquier consecuencia, daño o perjuicio que pudiera derivarse de dicho acceso o uso por parte de terceros.

PALMA PICTURES tampoco se responsabiliza de los errores de seguridad o daños que puedan producirse como consecuencia de:

- La presencia de un virus en el ordenador de los usuarios que sea utilizado para la conexión con los servicios y contenidos de la web.

- Un mal funcionamiento del navegador.

- Uso de versiones no actualizadas del navegador.

PALMA PICTURES no garantiza la ausencia de virus u otros elementos en los contenidos que puedan producir alteraciones en el sistema informático (hardware y software), en los documentos o ficheros de los usuarios.

7. Legislación aplicable y jurisdicción competente.

La presente política legal queda sujeta a lo establecido en las leyes españolas. Para cualquier conflicto derivado de la interpretación de las mismas, las partes se someten a la jurisdicción de los Tribunales de la ciudad de Palma de Mallorca (España), siempre que ello no sea contrario a lo dispuesto en el artículo 29 de la LSSI.
