Our Academy

Palma Pictures is one of the World’s leading Production Service companies.

We have been providing services for over 750 commercials and music videos, as well as over twenty feature film and television productions since 1993. In 2005 we established the Palma Pictures Academy with the view to increasing the skill set of trained professionals available on the island of Mallorca. We are looking for bright, hardworking and resourceful candidates who can demonstrate the ambition and drive necessary to work in the film and advertising industry.

We offer one placement, for a duration of 6-9 months, in each of the following areas: production, location management, casting and technical disciplines. We require that candidates be European citizens, based in Mallorca, a minimum of eighteen years old, holding a valid driving license (B1) and with a degree of fluency in both Spanish and English. You need to be available on a full-time basis. We offer a minimum salary to help you with your living costs.
